After thirteen judges for the Živa Award for the best Slavic museum have visited all twenty-three museums that are running for this year’s award, they are to come together at a working meeting in Budva (Montenegro). They will present the reports on their visits, exchange their views and decide which of the candidates deserves the title of the best Slavic museum for 2017 and which museums are to receive special recommendations in various categories.
After the Živa ceremony was hosted by Skopje (Macedonia), St. Petersburg (Russian Federation) and Zadar (Croatia), it is to take place in Bled (Slovenia) this September. The FSC is preparing the four-day programme in co-operation with the Municipality of Bled and the Bled Cultural Institute.
